I have taught in multiple studios throughout Southern California and Hawaii with experience in both private boutique studios as well as larger scaled corporate fitness gyms. I am a PMA certified Pilates instructor who is also comprehensively trained with all apparatus and mat as well.

Creating personalize challenges to help you reach your goal. My athletic based Pilates classes are focused on correct posture and form while incorporating some cardio as well.
