My lessons are versatile and unique. It is unlikely that you will see the exact same session over and over again. I really like developing my own workouts that are progressive. I work with what I call the mountain theory. This means you do a light open up, the work builds until you get to the top of the mountain & then we make our descent during the cool down. I like to keep the workouts fun and lively. I also adjust based on what’s going on with the client that day, their mood, and energy level.
