About Drew
Hi, I’m Drew — a Certified Personal Trainer based in Auckland with a strong passion for helping people build confidence, strength, and long-term consistency in their fitness journey.
My background combines years of personal training experience in the gym environment with professional leadership experience in fast-paced operational roles, where communication, accountability, and supporting people have always been a big part of my work. I understand that every person starts at a different level, which is why I focus on creating realistic and sustainable approaches rather than quick fixes.
I enjoy helping beginners feel comfortable in the gym, improving training technique, building strength, and developing healthier habits that fit into everyday life. My coaching style is supportive, structured, and approachable, with an emphasis on education and consistency.
Whether your goal is fat loss, muscle building, improving fitness, or simply feeling more confident, I aim to make training enjoyable, practical, and something you can maintain long term.

My coaching approach focuses on building confidence, consistency, and sustainable habits rather than extreme short-term results. I believe fitness should fit into real life, whether someone is completely new to the gym or looking to take their training to the next level.
I take a supportive and structured approach by helping clients understand proper exercise technique, training principles, recovery, and realistic nutrition habits. I also place a strong focus on accountability and mindset, because staying consistent is often the biggest challenge for most people.
Sessions are typically 45–60 minutes depending on the client’s goals and experience level. Online coaching and personalized training programs are also available for clients who prefer flexibility around their schedule.
I am a Certified Personal Trainer with a strong personal background in strength training, body composition, and long-term fitness development. Alongside fitness, I also come from an operations leadership background, which has helped me develop strong communication, organization, and people skills.
My lessons are suitable for beginners, intermediate gym-goers, busy professionals, and anyone wanting guidance with strength training, fat loss, muscle building, gym confidence, and creating a healthier lifestyle.
