About Isabel
Hi everyone, my name is Isabel and I am a Human Biology student at UCSD. I am a former competitive swimmer with over 11 years of experience in the sport. Although I chose not to pursue swimming at the collegiate level, I continue to carry a strong passion for the sport and for sharing what I've learned. I am excited to help swimmers of all levels improve their technique, build confidence in the water, and develop a genuine love for swimming. My goal is to create a safe, supportive, and motivating environment where students can grow both in skill and enjoyment of the sport.

My lessons are 1-2 hours long and take place in the pool. Each session is tailored to the students needs, which may include a safety briefing and introductory period as needed for beginners before entering the water. Lessons are open to all ages and skill levels, from those just learning how to swim to athletes looking to refine their technique. Every lesson starts with an assessment of the student's current ability, and from there I build a personalized plan to improve skills, confidence, and overall performance in the water. My goal is to create a safe supportive environment where students will continually progress.
