About Rachel

I am currently a student at University of California Santa Barbara and I am studying bio-psychology. Bio-psychology is now better described as behavioral neuroscience. This field of study is a collaboration of many health related fields and focuses on the central nervous system and its relations in the context of psychology. I am also a certified life coach and can legally call myself one as such, but am currently working to gain some final credentials from the International Coaching Federation which requires on the clock hours of coaching. I am willing to negotiate pricing as I'm still an amateur.

I work well with people of all ages, but am exercised in working with youth and teens.

As you work to better your world, your universe, your perspective the happier you will become, and as a natural side effect of this you will be more you. You will feel more like yourself and you will feel like your best self.
To shape your world to fit the vision you see for yourself you must start with the internal to reach the external. I'd be dumb if I told you that part of that internal process doesn't involve some processes involving the external world, because they do. But they are so minuscule. Small alterations in your day to day life tend to have the biggest effects on your state of being.
I also encourage the work of extending the barriers of your mind beyond yourself as understanding, acceptance, and mutualism bring balance and assurance to your life as well as lifts you. Its the feeling of being a part not apart.
