I love psychology and all things life coaching. I have an undergrad degree in psychology, a certification in life coaching and am very interested in helping you become the best person you can be. I currently work in an IT consultancy company and use my psychology skills in my role everyday !

-Together we will come up with a plan for you to improve your life and achieve your goals
-Depending on your interests we can go through journaling, mindfulness, goal setting, gratitude journaling, positive psychology and more.
-I can also act as a listening ear it you just want someone to talk to.
