About Tam
I am a certified Isha Hatha Yoga Teacher, trained at the Isha Yoga Center in Coimbatore, India, in 2021. For the past five years, I have been teaching Classical Hatha Yoga in Singapore and overseas.
Yoga has been an important part of my own journey, and I am passionate about sharing authentic yogic practices in a simple and practical way. My intention is to create a supportive learning environment where students can explore yoga at their own pace, regardless of their previous experience or level of flexibility.
I have taught students from different backgrounds and levels, including complete beginners and advanced yoga practitioners. I believe that yoga is for everyone, and that consistent practice can help us develop greater awareness, balance and ease in everyday life.
Whether you are completely new to yoga or looking to deepen your existing practice, I would be happy to guide you on your journey.

I teach Classical Hatha Yoga as a practical path to greater balance in the body and mind. My approach is gentle, systematic and practice-oriented, with clear guidance on posture, breathing, alignment and awareness. Students are encouraged to progress gradually within their own capacity.
Lessons typically last 60–90 minutes and may include preparatory practices, Hatha Yoga, guided relaxation and simple yogic tools for daily life.
My classes are suitable for children above 7 years old and adults of all levels - whether you want to improve flexibility and strength, develop body awareness, manage everyday stress or explore more about yoga.
