I specialize in authentic Hatha Yoga, meditation, breathwork (pranayama), and advanced yoga offering classes in English and soon in French. With several years of experience guiding students of all levels, I create personalized sessions to help you feel stronger, more relaxed, and mentally clear. Definitely, I will help you feel the true essence of Yoga.
