About Christina
Christina is an experienced, Certified Hypnotherapist, CHT, and Relationship and Life Coach, CLC. She has a private practice and helps her clients achieve emotional and spiritual transformation. Christina experienced emotional traumatic events as a child that remained with her in adulthood. For years, she suffered in silence as many of us do. "After years of emotional distress, the greatest transformation I experienced was through hypnosis. Hypnotherapy was the catalyst for change, dissolved patterns that did not serve me, and emotional freedom. I can clearly say, hypnotherapy saved me from myself! It was through hypnotherapy I redesigned myself from the inside out and shifted into a new way of living. As a result, I desire to help others create a life free of emotional discord and live joyously.
