I'm a Certified Holistic Nutritionist (CNP) with a background in hormonal health, mental health, digestive wellness and in specific women's related health issues. I've taken additional courses related to addition and mental health due to my passion for nutrition and it's connection to the brain. I'm also a writer, speaker, nature-lover and avid recipe-developer.
