Welcome! Certified in Health Coaching and with a background in Biomedical Engineering, I'm here to help you deal with your emotions. Did you know that most people don't know how to identify what they feel? However, our emotional state is actually our internal compass, which helps us to navigate each moment. Always present in our relationship with others, emotion is energy in motion, and the better you know your flow, the more positive your interactions are with those around you, and the better your state of mind!
