About Aimee
Hey, I’m Aimee! Certified, Friendly & Experienced Tutor Ready to Help You Learn, Grow & Feel Confident in a Range of Subjects – Let’s Do This Together!
I’ve been tutoring for the past six years, working with students aged 12 to 18 in English, Maths, and Geography. While completing my university studies (I possess a Bachelor of Laws Degree), I discovered how much I enjoy helping students grow in confidence and ability.
I’ve also tutored at a university level, supporting three students across various Law and Business modules. In 2021, I completed a 120-hour TESOL/TEFL course through the World TESOL Academy, which gave me valuable tools for teaching English as a second language, especially in online learning environments.
My teaching style is practical, engaging, and tailored to each student’s needs. I combine oral and theory-based methods to make lessons dynamic and relatable. I love using questions, real-life scenarios, and personalised examples to help students apply what they’re learning and truly understand it. For me, it’s all about creating a supportive, interactive space where learning feels natural and enjoyable.
