About Albey
Hey there! I’m Albey—a fitness trainer at CultFit, a former state-level boxing champ, and someone who’s just genuinely passionate about helping people become the best version of themselves. I’ve been training for over 5 years now, and I’ve seen how fitness can completely change not just your body, but your mindset and confidence too. I love teaching because I know how it feels to start from scratch, to feel stuck, and then break through with the right guidance. If I can play even a small part in someone’s transformation, that’s what makes it all worth it for me.
