Είμαι πιστοποιημένη Fitness & Personal Trainer, απόφοιτη της ΣΑΕΚ ΔΕΛΤΑ, με πιστοποίηση EQF Level 5. Ασχολούμαι με την προπόνηση και τη φυσική κατάσταση εδώ και 4 χρόνια και έχω ιδιαίτερο ενδιαφέρον για τη μυϊκή ενδυνάμωση, τη βελτίωση της φυσικής κατάστασης και τη σωστή τεχνική των ασκήσεων. Προσαρμόζω κάθε πρόγραμμα στις ανάγκες και στους στόχους του κάθε ασκούμενου με στόχο να βλέπει σταθερή και ουσιαστική πρόοδο.
