About Christopher
I have been teaching language arts at the same middle school for twenty-one years and serve as a mentor to new teachers. Before that, I was a writing tutor at the university I attended. I have current students I have been tutoring since sixth grade who are now in their college years. I excel at improving students' writing, reading, studying, and organizational skills.

I approach each student differently depending upon his or her personality, strengths, weaknesses, and interests. Part of making every tutoring session meaningful and successful is building a student's confidence and comfortability level while still providing a structured tutoring session that progressively meets the student's needs. My goal is to always increase the student's ability level while decreasing his or her frustration level.
