About Zivai T
I am an ESOL and FLE tutor with over fifteen years experience. I have taught multi ethnic, multi level classes with a degree of unparalleled success. I have experience with a plethora of examining bodies which include IELTS, TOEFL and Cambridge's various examinations for different levels of candidates. I advocate the communicative approach with a strong emphasis on the use of receptive and productive skills to develop vocabulary and language.

My teaching methodology is mainly the communicative approach in which students are encouraged to communicate and display practically what they have learnt. this is achieved through using an approach where the students are engaged using material which presents the target language ,then they are to use and practice the appropriate skills to interact with media. However other approaches can be used depending on the students learning style, for instance the grammar translation method or the use of audio to support learners who may not be proficient at reading. I can therefore say i have a wide variety of tools at my disposal and my classes are learner centered, hence the method i employ is for the benefit of the learner according to the learners style of learning.

cancellations must be communicated 24 hrs in advance. This will allow make up sessions to be scheduled. The rescheduled lesson will be done with in the same week. Other than that the lesson will be forfeit.
