About Georgia
I am a certified elementary teacher with a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education and 7 years of lead classroom teaching experience. I currently teach 2nd grade and specialize in helping young learners build strong foundational skills in reading and math.
I have extensive experience working with early readers, struggling learners, and students who need extra support to build confidence and close learning gaps. My goal is always to make learning clear, structured, and encouraging so students feel successful and motivated.
I believe strong fundamentals in reading and math are the key to long term academic success, and I focus on building those skills in a patient, step-by-step way that meets each child where they are.
