I am comfortable working with all elementary and middle school students. I have experience working with students that are performing at grade level, excelling beyond grade level, and those needing remediation. When tutoring, I meet students where they're at and strive to implement methods that are effective for their individual needs. I can address any language arts skills needed including phonics (beginner readers), grammar, spelling, and comprehension. I implement games, varied activities, and interesting texts to keep my students engaged.
