About Mark
My name is Mark and I started professionally learning to sign in college, but I started learning at about 14 years old from old library books. I'd write down the lyrics to songs and memorize each word in Sign Language individually. When I started college, I was thinking I'd have the advantage due to my semi-fluency, however, I was quickly humbled. Who knew ASL had its own grammar and syntax rules different than English!?
