About Sueann
I have been classroom teacher for Fairfax County Public Schools for 25 years. I have been teaching Yoga and Mindfulness to over 500 students for over 10 years. My students have ranged from age 1 to adults, and have learned a lifelong skill of mindfulness, yoga and a love of learning.

Connect. Move. Breath. Rest. Reflect. Through meditation, yoga, mindfulness, and sound therapy, I create individual practices for my students.
