About Emma
I am Emma B. Perez, a Certified Career Development Practitioner (CCDP) and founder of a structured, purpose-based career exploration framework designed specifically for teens and young adults. My work bridges psychological development and career planning, helping young people connect who they are with where they are going.
Over the past several years, I have worked closely with students and families to reduce stress around post-secondary decisions and build clarity, confidence, and forward momentum. I understand that today’s youth are navigating a rapidly changing world of work, overwhelming options, and increasing pressure to “figure it out” early.
Parents appreciate my structured yet supportive approach, and students value that our sessions feel engaging, practical, and personalized to them, not a generic career test or checklist.
My goal is simple: to help young people move from uncertainty to direction with confidence.

I take a structured, research-aligned approach to career and post-secondary planning for teens and young adults (ages 15–25). Rather than starting with job titles, I guide students through a process of self-discovery first, clarifying their values, strengths, interests, and energizers before exploring career and education pathways.
A typical session includes guided reflection exercises, structured discussion, and practical planning steps tailored to the student’s stage. They leave with clearer direction, greater confidence in decision-making, and concrete next steps.
What sets my work apart is that I specialize specifically in youth development. As a Certified Career Development Professional and creator of a structured purpose-based framework for teens, I integrate psychological development with real-world career planning, helping students not only choose a path, but understand why it fits them.
Lessons are ideal for high school students preparing for life after graduation, gap-year students seeking clarity, or young adults reconsidering their direction.

Details
The first 30-minute session is a complimentary consultation for parents and students. This meeting allows us to clarify goals, assess readiness, and determine whether a single session or a structured pathway would be the best fit. It is not a full coaching session, but a focused planning conversation to ensure alignment.
Most families begin with a 90-minute Future Clarity Intensive ($150), which provides a structured identity and direction assessment before committing to ongoing work.
For students seeking deeper support, I offer a structured 6-week Purpose & Pathway Intensive that includes weekly live sessions plus guided at-home video lessons and exercises. This option provides a comprehensive framework rather than open-ended hourly coaching.
Single-hour sessions are available for targeted follow-up support when appropriate.
