Ashtanga vinyasa yoga is a dynamic and therapeutic style of yoga at the same time. It is a meditation in movement, based on breathing.
The sequence is learned little by little until the person complies with the entire sequence, practicing regularly and judiciously
Suitable for all levels of practice and all ages to from 12 (15) years.
Each class lengthens the sequence and the time of the training, so the body and mind gently get used to the new activity
