About Deby
I completed the Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga Teacher certification in INDIA, approved by the Yoga Alliance association.
Over the years I have practiced different styles of yoga: Ashtanga, Iyengar, Vinyasa, Yin, Hatha and Viniyoga with excellent teachers.
I was introduced myself to yoga through my work. I worked in a travel healthy agency. I had the opportunity to be part of the organization in several yoga-retreats held around the world: Italy, the Czech Republic, Cyprus, among other countries, organizing activities and providing support to both teachers and participants.

I approach the practice from a place of exploration and self-knowledge of the body through Pranayama and Asana exercises (breathing and postures), exploring the physical and mental limits. I adapt the practice so that everyone can do it.
