About Stephanie
Experienced and passionate Yoga Teacher teaching experience and advanced training in Kripalu, Kriya yoga, Science of Self, Vinyasa, Yin and trauma informed approaches.
Stephanie's yoga journey began about six years ago. Her passion for the practice as a student grew. She then decided to become a Kripalu yoga teacher back in October 2018. Aligning breath with movement and inquiries on self, she teaches yoga you can bring off your mat and into your day to day interactions. She says “yoga is the practice of life and how we practice is how we do life.” Making every second of the day a practice to be the best version of yourself. She guides with clarity on honoring your body where it is. Using a mix of Hatha, Yin and Vinyasa along with meridian activations, acupressure and sound therapy. Stephanie sets you up so you are guided to your innate wisdom and truth.
She practices her yoga off the mat into the world by being as sustainable as she can. She believes she is a walking voice for Earth! She’s achieved to help ban plastic & styrofoam from an island called Dominica. Her mission does not stop there. Curating events to bring awareness to the mind, body and our connection to all. She is truly a force for embracing change in full love and surrender.

This class is uniquely designed for the very people present. Focusing on linking each movement with breath. Allowing the self to just be. Untied to the day or roaming thoughts. Steph has a gift to bring you deep into bliss. Combining or just specializing in one of Science of Self, Acupressure, Meridian Activations, Hatha/ Vinyasa, Yin/ Restorative, Sound Healing and a deep focus on pranayama (breath). The practice is deep into removing those issues between the tissues as they say. You are guided on a journey that starts outside but ends inside, letting go of all narratives and diving deep into the stillness of just being.
