About Delphine
I already teach small group yoga classes at my home. I have about twenty dedicated students who tell me I pamper them! I love it :) So I'd like to grow my community; I want yoga to be accessible to everyone because it's so beneficial and improves mental health so much, and everything else follows. I work on the heart/body/mind connection. So if you want and need to practice at your own pace, if you want to progress gently, I'm here to support you and explain how to achieve well-being smoothly.

Hello, I'm Delphine and I'm a yoga teacher! I offer a variety of classes to suit your needs. Generally, my classes combine Hatha and Vinyasa yoga. I always begin with a few minutes of Pranayama (breathing techniques), and then we move on to the postures, depending on how you're feeling or what you're looking for (gentle or dynamic, more spiritual... or perhaps we could work on grounding or focus on the chakras). I tailor my classes to your needs, and if you're unsure, I'll suggest my style of yoga, which I hope you'll enjoy. :) I hold a 500-hour Multistyle Yoga certification from the Indian school Kashish Yoga and have also completed training with the French Yoga School in Aix-en-Provence. I'm also a certified Pilates matwork and Reformer instructor.

Je recommande delphine car ses cours sont pour tous! Elle adapte les postures selon les possibilités de chacun je me sens en confiance et en sécurité c’est primordial pour moi, ce qui m’a amené à réaliser sans peur la posture du corbeau j’ai adoré ! Les plus avec Delphine? L’accueil tisane et la fin du cours au bol chantant qui permet un réel lâcher prise.
