About Elena
My passion for teaching comes from my own journey through learning and working closely with people in health and movement settings. I’ve seen how powerful the right guidance can be, especially for those who feel unsure or overwhelmed, and I know how important patient, genuine support can be.
I teach because I care about people understanding what they’re doing, not just following instructions. I believe confidence grows through clarity, trust, and feeling supported, and my approach is grounded in empathy, real experience, and connection.
For me it’s important to help others move forward with confidence.
