About Sophia
I am an undergrad Cell & Molecular biology student in my last semester of school. I currently work at a dermatology office as a medical assistant and I also am a teaching aid! I have vast work experience and many different experiences working with different personality types. I am capable of inspiring people to move past their limitations and help people gain confidence within themselves to exceed what they thought was possible.

First, I will ask you to bring me specific questions or topics that you would like me to go over with you from the science subjects you are struggling with. From there, I will assess what level you are at with understanding the content, and then I will create practice solutions for you to strengthen your skills in whatever science subject you are struggling with. I will determine what way you learn most efficiently, and then I will assign practice to do in between sessions. We can meet as frequently as needed, but I will utilize multiple different learning techniques in order to help you learn most efficiently.
What sets me apart as a tutor is that I have a very vast knowledge of different ways to study and learn material properly. I love to help give guidance to people and have a lot of patience with people who may not understand content. I am a teaching assistant so I am aware of the vast diversity of how people learn differently.
My lessons will be for general biology and general chemistry. I also have experience with many science subjects so inquire if you need help in other areas.
