About Frank
Hi! I'm Frank, I am currently a piloting student at Moorabin in my last year, I hold a CPL, IREX, MECR and I'm currently completing the last of my ATPL subjects.
I graduated VCE in 2018 with an ATAR of 97.3 and have been tutoring students in Physics and Maths Methods for the past years.
I passed my AFPA exam in 2022. I have access to plenty of CASA-style exam questions available, as well as a bank of AFPA questions developed both on my own and from other sources.
I will also provide comprehensive course notes for you to refer to during your studies.

The ATPL Flight Planning exam is not easy, and it remains the only subject out of all CASA Theory exams with a less than 50% pass rate.
Over the years, CASA has not budged on their stance on the difficulty of this exam, and they are not going to for the foreseeable future.
One of the most valuable takeaways from 1-on-1 tutoring is the ability to ask me questions. Questions are hands down the most important aspect of learning, and in studying for the CASA ATPL Flight Planning exam, this is even more so the case
I am confident that with the proper guidance from me, I will be able to set you up for a comfortable pass, no matter how many attempts you have had with this exam.
In my opinion, what helps the most is not just about learning the content, but more so through repetitive practice, asking me lots of questions, and getting confident with all the different types of tricky 5 and 4 markers.
So, I like to offer lessons of varying lengths, the choice is yours on how long you'd like to go for.
With that said, if you would like to cover the actual content, I am more than happy to offer fixed 1 or 2 hourly lessons.
