About Gary
My name is Gary Conahan
I've been in the music industry my entire life, whether it was performing for live audiences, recording my own music, recording other people music, or mixing and mastering albums. it's always been a fascination of mine. The most interesting part of music is how subjective it is there isn't really right, or wrong it has a lot to do it personal taste. Maybe you've worked with other people and you've never been happy with the way your music sounded when it was mixed, that could be because the one component missing is your ear finishing your project instead of someone else's. I can help you learn to use your own 2 ears to finish you projects, or produce other peoples music. The only thing I love more than working on music myself is teaching other people how to work on their own music for the record music for others. That's mainly why I'm starting this page to pass on the information of gathered over the last quarter of a century to the next generation of musicians.
