About Fernando
After 17 years as a coach and working in different gyms in the United States, I decide to return to my native Puebla to start and have my own place for physical conditioning, so that you can achieve your fitness goals. I have the right training program for each person, I manage sports nutrition and the workouts are modified week by week, each individual is different and that is where one as a personal trainer does his job. I train from housewives, people busy with work and activities, special populations, that is, people with some pathology, be it Diabetics, Hypertensive, Obesity, Osteoporosis, to name a few. Workouts vary, from taking up body weight, conditioning to using gym machines correctly.

Súper recomiendo a Fer, es mi entrenador personal hace un par de meses.
