About Cameron
I am confident that through my achievements and experience to date, I can demonstrate that I possess the skills and competencies required to become an outstanding teacher. I have demonstrated this through my voluntary work with PWC Academy. Since September, I have been teaching primary school children coding and business development which has given me first-hand experience in the teaching world. This has taught me to be creative and how to deliver coding in an exciting manner.
I have also volunteered at Mencap Youth Club, managing young adults with learning difficulties to socialise and learn new skills. This has been a highly beneficial experience and given me a broad insight into Special Education Needs. This role has made me a patient, sensitive and reliable role-model. From this experience, I have gained a greater understanding of the challenges faced by a teacher in facilitating learning to every individual.
Currently, I am employed with PriceWaterhouseCoopers (PWC). Throughout my career here, I have demonstrated that I am adaptable, meticulous and work well under pressure. Consequently, I was promoted to the rank of Associate 2. My experience of working in a global corporation has enabled me to become a confident, organised professional, with outstanding communication skills. I possess a strong work ethic, positive mindset and enthusiasm to learn new things.

I believe that a teacher should inspire, motivate and stimulate to make learning a fun, worthwhile experience for all students. I am an enthusiastic, sociable and professional individual, who is passionate about History & Politics and Education. My experiences of working as part of a professional team and with young people have enabled me to become a creative and organised individual with outstanding communication skills.
History has always fascinated me, and I enjoy communicating my ideas. It has taught me to analyse and evaluate a variety of sources before constructing my interpretation. I have developed the ability to problem solve, use analytical skills and present my findings clearly and creatively. My passion for History led me to success at school and I believe that my teachers at school were a strong contributing factor. I would be privileged to one day follow in their footsteps and help to support young people.
