About Saffy
I want to tutor because I know how much of a difference it can make to have someone explain a difficult topic in a way that actually makes sense to you. Having recently gone through GCSEs and A levels myself, I understand the pressures of exams and how difficult it can be to know how to revise effectively or turn your ideas into strong exam answers.
I’d like to make subjects feel more approachable while helping students build both their academic skills and their confidence. For me, tutoring is about helping them understand the subject well enough that they feel capable of tackling it independently.

Tutored Maths and English up to GCSE level. Having recently sat A Levels myself, I know how overwhelming revision, essays and exam technique can feel. I aim to make lessons relaxed and engaging while helping students build a strong understanding of the subject. Lessons would typically be a minimum of an hour long and would be for all ages up to A Level.
Achieved A* in Ancient Greek, A* in Latin and A in English - would be willing to tutor A Level students in these subjects, as well as 7+, 11+ and 13+.
