About Nicholas
I am a Cambridge/UCL medical graduate with a lifetime’s experience of studying and passing exams!
I care deeply about personal development and helping people to achieve their goals. Really understanding the subjects I study has always been important to me and my aim is to help students feel the same way and develop confidence in their own ability to learn whatever they like.

I provide tuition in biology, chemistry and physics up to GCSE level. Sessions are an hour, with a short break to aid concentration. In sessions I will focus on developing a deep understanding of the material as well as how to apply this understanding to examination situations.
I will work with the student and parents to establish a shared understanding of particular areas to target and set ambitious but achievable goals. I am aware of how stressful big examinations can be and place great importance on ensuring student’s mental well-being.
Having achieved exceptionally highly in the sciences at GCSE and A-level, I went on to complete a medical degree at Cambridge and further postgraduate qualifications, developing a keen awareness of the need to approach examinations smartly and the scientific basis for effective study. I have previously delivered private tuition while at university and provided professional education throughout my medical career.
I love to learn myself and take pleasure in teaching others and helping them to develop confidence in themselves. As someone with an adult diagnosis of ADHD, I am particularly interested in supporting neuro-divergent students.
