Face to face tutoring that requires travel of more than 25km will have an additional charge of R20.00-R50.00 per hour, depending on additional travel. Cancellations of tutoring sessions less than 3 days prior, or without just cause will result in the payable amount of 50% of the session cost. Students who are more than 30 minutes late will result in the cancellation of the session and the full amount will be due for the attributed amount of hours for that session.
