About Annabel
I am currently a fourth year Clinical Medical student at the University of Cambridge. I graduated with 1st Class Honours in my intercalated degree.
I received offers from all four of the medical schools that I applied to first time round : Cambridge, Edinburgh, Bristol, and Birmingham (both UCAT and BMAT universities).
I would love to share my experience and advice to help other aspiring applicants to strengthen their applications, and start their journey to being a doctor!

I am an experienced tutor, with years of paid experience tutoring Maths and English for students of a wide range of ages. I have also volunteered as a mentor to Year 12 students who aspire to apply to Cambridge, and so have led students through the process of building a compelling application to competitive courses and universities.
I believe in fostering a supportive and engaging learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and actively participating. My teaching methodology revolves around adapting to each student's unique learning style and preferences.
The length of a lesson can vary depending on the specific needs and requirements of the student. Typically, a lesson with me would range from 60 to 90 minutes, allowing sufficient time for explanation, discussion and addressing any questions or concerns.
My lessons are tailored to meet the needs of medical school applicants, and can offer support in all steps of the UCAS process.
Additionally, I can provide guidance on study skills and final exam preparation. My aim is to help students develop essential skills to excel academically and secure your place at medical school.
