About Mollie
I’m a Cambridge English Literature graduate currently studying for a Master’s in Law. Having experienced first-hand the impact that great teaching can have, I know how the right guidance can build confidence, inspire curiosity and empower students to reach their potential.
I tutor because I want to share my passion for English Literature and help students discover their own enjoyment of the subject. For me, great tutoring is not just about honing academic skills but also giving students the confidence to trust their ideas and express them clearly.
I create a friendly, supportive and collaborative environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, exploring different interpretations and developing their ideas. My aim is for every student to leave lessons feeling more confident, capable and enthusiastic about their learning.

I am a Cambridge University English Literature graduate with experience tutoring students from primary school through to secondary school, including GCSE, A Level and Oxbridge preparation.
My teaching is engaging, student-led and focused on developing genuine independence. I use discussion, close analysis and targeted questioning to build critical thinking and help students confidently form and articulate their own ideas.
Alongside lessons, I set tailored tasks such as essays, plans and written responses, which I mark outside of class and return with clear, constructive feedback. This allows students to make measurable progress while developing strong independent study habits.
45-minute lessons are tailored to each student's level and goals, whether they are looking to build confidence, improve essay technique, prepare for exams or stretch themselves academically.
I teach primary and secondary students, GCSE and A Level English Literature, and Oxbridge applicants.
