About Andy
Andy graduated from Manchester Metropolitan University in 2010 with a 1st Class honours degree in Mathematics. Then, after a brief spell of travelling in New Zealand, he began teaching English as a Foreign Language to both teenagers and professional adults in a world renowned language school. This lasted until 2017, at which point he turned his attention back to Mathematics. Andy now specialises in online Maths tutoring for Key Stage 3 and GCSE, helping students gain confidence and understanding through clear and patient explanations and guided practice. Lessons are planned according to the student’s needs and structured to be engaging and interesting so that the student retains what has been taught. Past papers are used extensively to maximise the students experience and knowledge of exam style questions. Homework is given provided the student and parent/guardian are happy with this.
