My teaching method is to try and get the people I teach to come to the right answer by themselves, with me giving them an example and then guiding them in the right direction. This is how I was taught. I personally learned more from a tutor than I did in school, because school bored me whereas my tutor made it more of a casual environment, That is how I show others what to do.
