About Lavanya Lakshmi
Hi, I’m Lava, a friendly and dedicated tutor with a strong academic background in Business Management and currently pursuing a Master’s in Business Analytics. I’ve always enjoyed working with numbers and language, which is why I’m passionate about teaching both Math and English in a way that actually makes sense to students.
I understand that every student learns differently, so I focus on being patient, supportive, and clear in my explanations. My goal is not just to help students improve their grades, but to build their confidence and help them feel more comfortable with the subject. I create a positive and encouraging environment where students can ask questions freely and learn at their own pace.
I’m especially passionate about helping students who feel stuck or overwhelmed, and turning that into steady progress and confidence over time.

I take a personalized and structured approach to tutoring, focusing on building both confidence and strong foundational skills in Math and English. My lessons are suitable for primary and secondary school students, especially those who want to improve their understanding, prepare for exams, or build confidence in these subjects. I aim to create a supportive and encouraging environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and making progress at their own pace.
