About Isabel
My name is Isabel Shenton and I am an undergraduate at Durham University, studying Business and Management. I have a passion for food, wine and travel whereby I have completed my WSET Level 1 qualification and hope to complete my Level 2 this coming summer.
I have a bubbly, confident and kind personality and I very much look forward to teaching and getting to know my students through a fun and useful environment.
My favourite parts of my course so far have been Marketing, HR and Entrepreneurship. However, I am confident in all aspects of Business and happy to help in anyway I can.

As a tutor, I would lead you to become more confident in business as a subject. I personally see business as 'taught common sense' and I would be happy in helping you to see it that way too.
I would say 40 minutes to an hour session would be plenty of time for us to explore the part you are not so confident in.
Through exploring relevant theories we can achieve the best outcome in your exams and I would help you to get comfortable with this through quizzes, exercises and case studies.
I would be most comfortable teaching people from 15-18, who want to pursue their knowledge for business.
