I am a BSBA graduate majoring in Financial Management with experience in tutoring, student leadership, and working in a higher education institution. My academic background and professional experience have given me a strong foundation in business, finance, management, and other related subjects.
As a tutor, I am patient, approachable, and committed to helping students understand concepts rather than simply memorize them. I believe that every student learns differently, so I adjust my approach according to their needs, level of understanding, and learning pace.

I believe that learning becomes easier when students understand why a concept works, rather than simply memorizing formulas or definitions. My approach is patient, practical, and student-centered. I adjust my teaching style depending on the student's level of understanding, learning pace, and specific academic needs.
I explain concepts in simple and understandable terms, then reinforce them through examples, exercises, and real-life applications. For subjects involving computations, such as Financial Management, Accounting, and Business Mathematics, I guide students through the solution step-by-step and explain the reasoning behind each step.
For theoretical subjects such as Business, Management, Marketing, and Entrepreneurship, I use practical situations, case examples, and discussions to help students connect concepts with real-world business situations.
I also encourage students to ask questions freely. If a student does not understand something the first time, I am happy to explain it using a different approach until the concept becomes clearer.
What I can offer is a combination of academic knowledge and practical experience in an educational institution. I have experience working with students, handling administrative responsibilities, communicating with different stakeholders, and supporting academic and institutional activities.
As a tutor, I do not want students to simply arrive at the correct answer. I want them to understand how they arrived at that answer so they can eventually solve similar problems independently.
I also believe that asking questions is an important part of learning. My goal is to create a comfortable learning environment where students can make mistakes, ask questions, and improve without feeling intimidated.
