About Isaac
My name is Isaac Butterfield-Kendall. I am a passionate fitness & sports enthusiast. I previously studied Sports & Exercise Science in Exeter. My training journey has transitioned from competing in international football tournaments for Chelsea Youth Academy in my early years, to supporting my brother with heavy visual impairment towards increased body confidence and strength, then coaching football to teenagers in Rio De Janeiro for 6 months & more recently competing for London Muay Thai (kickboxing) clubs & developing my Calisthenics practices.
I currently work at AdMac Fitness, a traditional Strength & Conditioning Personal Training studio in Bow. I also work as a freelancer delivering my niche PT services across London via mobile home gym visits & training, classic gym setting exercise, outdoor fitness & Online Coaching.
I understand the enormous mental & physical benefits experienced from developing the transferable skill of discipline within exercise & fitness in our lives! Whether you’re just beginning your fitness journey and looking for the confidence to start consistently, seeking qualified guidance and motivation to overcome exercise anxiety, or aiming to take your physical and mental performance to an elite level — and anywhere in between — don’t hesitate to reach out for a conversation about your goals and how we can achieve them together.
Sessions include elements of Boxercise (with the possibility of adding kick strikes), Strength & Conditioning, Yoga, and HIIT, creating a well-rounded approach to fitness.
Training is always tailored to the client’s goals, needs, age, and experience level. Lessons are conducted predominantly across East London’s green open spaces and in home gym settings, with location and class sizes open for discussion.
For those who prefer greater flexibility or are based outside the area, Virtual Training and Online Coaching are also available. Virtual Training includes live Zoom sessions, while Online Coaching provides tailored training programmes, personalised nutrition guidance, weekly check-ins for accountability, and habit-tracking systems designed to help you build sustainable routines and achieve long-term results.

Isaac is a perfect trainer for anyone who is interested in bodyweight training. He's friendly and encouraging and also brings variety into the training.
Appreciate the fact that he travels to my place for the training. I am already booking a couple of sessions per week for the next few months.

Have been training for a marathon and Isaac has been breaking up the running with cross training, basic kickboxing training and cardio.
