About Caitlin

Hi, I’m Caitlin!

I earned my bachelor’s degree from UCLA, where I studied Sociology and Gender Studies and explored the intersection of the physical, biological, and societal factors that shape who we are as individuals.

I later returned to UCLA for my MBA, where I deepened my understanding of leadership, communication, strategy, executive presence, and the many nuances of navigating professional environments.

Beyond my education, I bring 5+ years of experience in business ownership, leadership, professional education, mentorship, and personal development.

For several years, I owned and operated a youth enrichment business, working closely with students, families, educators, team members, and communities. That experience taught me something I continue to carry with me today: some of the best learning and growth happens when people feel comfortable asking questions, thinking out loud, making mistakes, and discovering solutions that genuinely work for them.

Throughout my MBA experience and professional career, I’ve continued developing my skills in leadership, communication, strategy, and problem-solving. I also have experience mentoring others, presenting and pitching ideas, building communities, navigating difficult conversations, and helping people work through challenges with greater clarity and confidence.

**What sets me apart is that I combine structured thinking with a very human approach.**

I’m naturally curious, encouraging, and solutions-oriented. I genuinely enjoy listening to people, asking thoughtful questions, helping them recognize their strengths, and working alongside them as they determine what comes next.

Whether you’re a student, young professional, entrepreneur, or simply someone navigating a new chapter, my goal is to create a welcoming, judgment-free environment where you feel heard, supported, and empowered to take your next step.

I also want to acknowledge the wonderful therapists, coaches, mentors, professors, and leaders who have supported me throughout my own life and helped shape the person I am today. I know firsthand how meaningful it can be to have someone in your corner who listens, asks thoughtful questions, offers a new perspective, and reminds you of what you’re capable of.

I’m a big believer that none of us becomes who we are entirely on our own. I’m grateful for the people who have poured their knowledge, encouragement, and perspective into me, and I hope to offer that same kind of support to others.

My approach is personalized, conversational, and action-oriented. I don’t believe personal development should follow a one-size-fits-all formula. Every person brings different experiences, strengths, challenges, and goals into the room, so every session is designed around you.

I believe some of our biggest breakthroughs happen when we have the space to think out loud, ask questions without judgment, explore different perspectives, and turn what feels overwhelming into something we can actually work through.

**A typical session starts with three questions: Where are you now? Where do you want to go? What might be standing in the way?**

From there, we’ll identify the specific goal, decision, challenge, or situation you want to focus on. Together, we’ll break it into manageable pieces, explore possible approaches, and create realistic next steps that make sense for your life.

Depending on what you want to accomplish, our sessions may include guided reflection, goal setting, brainstorming, confidence-building exercises, communication practice, public speaking practice, decision-making frameworks, role-playing difficult conversations, career exploration, or accountability planning.

Most importantly, you do not need to arrive with everything figured out. You don’t even need to know exactly what question to ask. Sometimes you simply know that something in your life, career, relationships, or direction needs to change, and we can start there.

What makes my methodology different is the combination of structured problem-solving and genuine human connection. My background in business ownership, leadership, education, mentorship, and an MBA allows me to bring practical frameworks and strategic thinking into our conversations, while my people-first approach ensures that our sessions still feel personal, supportive, and judgment-free.

I’m not here to tell you who you should be or make decisions for you. My role is to ask thoughtful questions, help you recognize patterns and possibilities, challenge you when appropriate, and help you uncover solutions that feel authentic to you.

My sessions are especially suited for young adults, college and graduate students, early-career professionals, entrepreneurs, and anyone navigating a transition or trying to build greater clarity and confidence.

Whether you want to work on personal development, career direction, confidence, communication, public speaking, relationships, decision-making, or simply figuring out what comes next, we’ll meet you where you are and build from there.
