About Kelly
I love teaching and learning.
I enjoy engaging with students and the experiences of each individual.
I set high boundaries of having to take the time to interact with my students.
I love the commutation and integration.
It also helps one understand about our goals and life experiences which can help with motivation in adult learning.
I struggled with learning abilities throughout my childhood, but then I started looking at the effect of learning disabilities in my students
And realized that we learn in practical ways, hands-on ways and we learn in academic, theoretical ways.
So as I gained experience and knowledge I realised learning is the change that happen within us as we gain experience and knowledge. However depending on our abilities and learning preferences we will tend to learn things in different ways.
The approach I used was the multiple intelligence which helps me teach in a flexible manner as I mentioned cause we have different learning skills.

I use flexible methods teaching different subjects where as the learner can learn in various ways to understand and expain in their own understanding what has been taught.
Using the whole-child approach for better learning outcome.
