About Avinash
I am a graduate from the life sciences who is passionate about research. I have experience working in science and have even published academic papers. Considering my experience and educational background I believe I would be able to guide the students excellently.
My teaching experience within the context of a school syllabus is decent as I have taught students in the past and they all did well in their examinations. I am also experienced in teaching hands on laboratory skills to others hence it is cross-usable for students as well.

We shall start off with a session where we aim to understand where the issues are. Is it your understanding? Is it your memory? Or is it just something else? No worries, we will work to find it!
From there onwards, we can work together to address the issues accordingly. There is no one-size-fits-all when it comes to learning but I can say that the overall idea would be to break down your syllabus into smaller chunks to ease remembering. Similarly, I shall aim to ensure knowledge retention by the student via various methodologies.
The traditional system focuses on rote memorization and regurgitation to get through exams. While this is still important to fulfill academic requirements, I will aim to include elements of critical thinking in my lessons to ensure that students can think beyond the classroom.
