About Shakila
I am a professional with BSc science, MSc in Diabetes. I like learning different things and stepping out of my comfort zone. I have gone back into medical studying, this allows me to fulfil my interest in teaching and also fund my fees. My approach is relaxed as I do believe that understanding comes differently to every person and something cannot be pushed. But using different methods and techniques does help along the way, having different styles of teaching is a must.

I teach English, all sciences from ages 11-16, and offer primary school science. I also offer Medical Prep course GAMSAT, including all advanced sciences and English literature, which is needed to pass, I offer in-depth knowledge. Feedback sheets are given after sessions. Children are set test sheets for exam prep, to develop and enhance their knowledge. As a health medical professional for the past 11 years and back again in studying further, I fully understand the work and study balance for mature students. And for the younger students, I know how important it is just to have the right amount of information and not be overwhelmed with unnecessary jargon.
