About Precious
Teaching provides a way to clarify the noisy signals of the global market. The smell of fresh coffee in a quiet library usually signals that we are about to solve a difficult case study.
My 13 years of experience help me guide 314 students through the complexities of portfolio theory and DCF valuation. Corporate finance and financial statement analysis often appear intimidating until we dissect the underlying logic of ratio analysis. I enjoy seeing the exact moment when you understand the time value of money. It is the most rewarding part of this career.
