About Natasha
Hi I'm Bgirl Nat. An account manager by day and currently one of UK's most active breakers. Before graduating university, I wanted to try something new, something that would challenge myself. Little did I know, I'd get to where I am today with my dance! Don't be afraid to give something new a go and it's never too late :) To be honest, being in a Bboy world was initially intimidating, so I'm also putting a note out there to call upon more females to join me! Some of my successes include being invited to Redbull BC One, being part of the Redbull Magazine, influencer gigs such as with Yfoods, and ranking third nationally in the Bgirl category. I'm also the founder of Boba Jam, a bubble tea themed breaking event put on for the community to bring my love for breaking and boba to all.

Lessons are available in a gym studio (at no extra cost), in a convenient public space, or even at your home. Classes will last 1-2 hours. We will always start with breaking themed warm-ups and end with some form of conditioning as this is vital for unlocking more moves in breaking. During the main session, we will cover different aspects of breaking foundations; from toprocks, to go downs, footwork, freezes and power moves. The class will be tailored to your needs and goals, and we can also prep you towards your first battle! :) I have had experience teaching kids and adults, with or without any dance background (London Contemporary School, Royal Academy of Dance, Camden Council, Workshop in Ireland, King's College London to name a few)

I see Natasha as a very experienced breaker with a passion for teaching and sharing knowledge. She is always very thoughtful and has a great eye for details! Nat is hands down one of the best teachers I’ve ever had. As a complete beginner, she was so patient and kind to me and taught me so many cool breaking moves. Her personality is really what shines, as she is just so friendly and positive. Her dance skills are also amazing, and just being around her inspired me to be a better dancer. Nat is a great breaking tutor. She has been breaking for over 10 years, has and is competing internationally, and even hosts her own breaking competition each year! Nat has great technique and can teach foundational moves as well as advanced power moves, footwork, and freezes. Training with Nat is great fun, she creates a safe space for us to learn and grow as breakers. Looking forward to the next session already!!!
