About Fernanda
In the beginning of my career, I started teaching Portuguese and English in language schools, but it was the private classes that made my heart beat faster. As the classes went on, I realized that a language learning process can be much more effective when classes are especially designed for the student's specific needs, which can not happen in groups unfortunately.
Therefore, my classes are tailored having in mind what my student needs to reach his or her goals, always targeting an effective communication.

Hello future student, my name is Fernanda, I am Graduated in Languages focused on Translation and Interpretation, and I have been teaching Portuguese and English as a second/foreign language for about 14 years.
Communication is at the core of my classes, and they are tailored to meet each student's specific needs. I work with authentic materials as much as possible using audio, videos, news, even posts from social media, in order to bring the real world to the classes.
That way, you can have dynamic classes and learn a lot through an environment where you can have fun as well. =)
