About Flores
I have had a passion for boxing and fitness from a young age. I've been boxing for 13 years and a personal trainer for 16. I have worked with professional boxers that have held world titles: WBO & WBA. I have worked with amateurs as well and taught them the fundamentals and watched them win fights.

My lessons start you off with the basic fundamentals of the sweet science of boxing. Doing and training like real boxers do all while getting an amazing workout. Learning the basic punches, a jab-cross and then perfecting them to graduate to the next steps. This will challenge you and push you while teaching what real boxers do.
